Made roasted salsa for the first time!

    Did you broil them? Or bake? When did you flip them. What temperature if bake? I need this now

  3. I used to make this salsa every week! But I roasted the veggies in a electric grill. I feel like a conventional grill would be great also – for the smokey flavor.

    It’s simply absurd how good it taste and how simple it is!

    I highly recommend you to add some parsley too (or even coriander if you like it).

    I *love* roasted salsa. And LOL at 3 cloves for the original recipe. For yours I probably would do 8-9 depending on size but I’m kind of an allium sl*t.
    Yours looks delicious.
