What is up guys? Welcome to my channel. This is my first channel and this is the first video on this channel and I’m child Boogie. Today I’m going to start this video this channel off with a seafood linguini. I know what you guys are thinking. What does this chino know about linguini cooking is all about personal preference is you make it however you you like. Everybody has different taste. I’m not a Michelin star restaurant chef or nothing like that. I’m going just show y’all how I how I make my seafood pasta. I have some of the ingredients for it already, but I’m still missing some of the ingredients. So, we’re going to go to the store to get it right now. These are good. We’ll just go with this. I don’t really like to go with these sometime because they when it’s cooked, it shrinks by a lot. What else we need? You know what I mean? Seasonings. Um, no. We definitely need um uh olives. All right, y’all. So, we just got done shopping. Now it’s time to go back home to make my linguini. Come on, dude. I’m about to record. I’m about to take a picture of you. What you about to do? Just take a picture of the whole set. I’m going to y these Chinese Gordon Ramsay. stand there real quick and like I’m going do a little boommy. Ready? One, two, three. Come see it. It’s cute. We had the parsley, basil, tomatoes, shallot, olives, capers, white wine, and the linguini. And the seafood mix right there. Like I mentioned, I don’t like these type of seafood mix cuz when it’s cooked, it shrinks to like very small pieces. But we’re going to work with what we got today. Garlic doesn’t really matter how you cut it, slice it, miss it, pull, pop it, let it, smash it, doesn’t matter. [Applause] That’s fire, huh? Add salt. Oil. Give this big some olive oil. [Music] Make sure some good olive oil was too. Now add in your garlic, [Music] your chili flakes, shallot. [Music] That’s good enough. Yeah. Parsley. Just a little bit. [Music] Make sure you lower the heat down to about a five or even lower like a four. Add some capers in. Slice your uh olives. If they’re if they’re not pre-sliced, then just slice it yourself. No big deal. [Music] Now you add in your seafood. The seafood mix. Bang. Now you can turn your heat up. [Music] I was supposed to add the tomatoes, but it’s a little late, but it’s fine. No big deal. [Music] [Music] He glaze it with white wine. Bang. White pepper. Salt. [Music] Linguini. Bang. [Music] [Music] Add in more basil and uh basic. There you go. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Clean your play up. You feel me? There you go. [Music] If you have lemon, it’s definitely good to shave some zest too on the plate as well. But this is just as good. It’s good enough.
