Nuri Spiced Mackerel in Olive Oil were very nice dense fillets packed in tight! There was a little cucumber, carrot and red pepper in the tin. Had a bit of a smoky flavor and a high quality oil.
The Angelo Parodi with pepper and ginger was a fantastic tin, one of my favorite mackerel tins so far. Very tender and juicy fillets with a very nice flavor to the fish and the oil.
