Rubbed them with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, avocado oil, onion salt, and black pepper. 45 minutes, internal temp at 182F when I pulled them.
Going to slice it all and use it for chicken salad!

182 is a bit much, 165 is ideal but I’ve see. Recently read you can cook chicken to 150 and ve okay as long as it holds 150 for at least 3 minutes? And it will be more juicy at 150

I dry brine season mine let them sit in fridge overnight,. Heat the grill & hit them with some [Meat Church Holy VooDoo](https://www.meatchurch.com/collections/bbq-rubs/products/holy-voodoo-seasoning). Towards the end of the cook hit them with [DuckFat spray](https://www.acehardware.com/departments/outdoor-living/grills-and-smokers/grill-cooking-accessories/8060201?store=18501&gclsrc=aw.ds&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=20151170823&gclid=CjwKCAjwg7PDBhBxEiwAf1CVu1PwMWueGUO3PMZHtzNhhoXXJtz9xSbomaGqUBeD7hxe1bWG30GlOxoCxB0QAvD_BwE) = tender, crispy goodness.
