Mushroom Ricotta Tart
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
500g button mushrooms
4 garlic gloves
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Filling:
150g ricotta cheese
50g goat cheese
1/2 lemon zest
30ml lemon juice
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Extras:
1 puff pastry roll
1 egg
fresh thyme

Method:
