[Music] Hi, poor guy out there cooking. I’m going to cook some burgers. I’m going to cook a a mushroom Swiss burger. I’m going to do them smashed on the Vboard griddle. It’s poor guy indoor cooking today. It’s like very humid out there and there’s so many flies. I didn’t want to mess with it, but I did want to make some burgers and show you an easy way to do it. Here’s a couple of uh burger pucks, hamburger pucks, uh one/3 cup. And I just have some uh wishes sauce. I just wanted to add a little bit of wishes sauce. I got some uh Swiss cheese and I already toasted my bun. They look very nice. They’re on the bore. I got that running about 360 degrees. Now, I found these at the supermarket. And look at they’re Dawn Fresh by Giorgio. Mushrooms and steak sauce. It’s ready to serve. $139. That’s not too bad. I opened it up. It’s kind of gravy like, but I expected more mushrooms than that, so I don’t really really know. Uh, I mean there’s some bits of mushroom in there, but I expected actually mushrooms like sliced or even bits and pieces. But it smells good. So, uh, yeah, that’s what we’re going to do. Let’s grab these uh these hamburger deals here. These ground beef 8020. Like I said, I just put a little bit of uh wishes sauce in there. And I’m not going to do these smash mash. I’m going to press them. I want to get them a little bit thicker than the smash burger. So, we’ll go right to about there. We’re going to This one’s going to be a double. This is going to be a double a burger. Swiss cheese and mushrooms. And let’s go about there. Right. Oh, yeah. Smelling good already. You can smell that wish sauce. I am going to hit these with a little bit of uh Big Papa’s allpurpose steak seasoning. Why? Because I haven’t used this yet. And I got this uh from Big Papa himself. So, I want to I want to hit some of this on there. It’s a steak seasoning, but these are burgers, so I’m sure it’ll be just fine. Another big papa’s creation here I want to give a try. I don’t typically do steaks here, poor guy. Because, well, I’m a poor guy. We looked at ribe eyes today. Two ribe eyes. Not very big. Uh $28. So 8020 ground beef. Pound of it was like $6. Man, what is going on? All right. So there’s our burgers. Let’s concentrate on those because that’s really what it’s all about. Now I’m going to flip them. Beautiful. And beautiful. Going to let these cook up for a minute. Yeah. So, poor guy indoor cooking today. Love the Bivore. Uh, thank goodness I got a good friend like Doug over at Griddle Cook Eatmore that sent me this a while back. You know, when it’s so hot and humid out or it’s freezing cold, this griddle indoors, I’ll tell you, this thing makes the best burgers. I’m going to hit each one with these with cheese. This one’s going to be mine. I’m going to be eating this today. So, I should have brought in my little my little dome, but I didn’t. Now, this the mushrooms and steak sauce, I would say it’s more of a gravy, right? It does have a good smell to it. I’m just going to put this on top. Now, on the spun, I’m just going to put a little bit of Duke’s mayonnaise and that’s it. Um, in hindsight, maybe some onions would be good, but I don’t have any at this moment. Cheese is already melting. I’m going to go ahead and turn this off. We will be having burgers for dinner tonight. But an easy mushroom Swiss burger. Uh if you like mushrooms, you like Swiss, these are ever so tasty. Let’s get that on there. So far so good. Now, I am just going to put I’ll show you this here as soon as I get a little bit of this mushroom gravy, I guess, is really what it’s all about. So, you can see there not a lot of mushrooms, but I’m sure it’ll have mushroom flavor. Let’s get this other one up here. How fast is that? This is real time. The Biva cooks burgers in no time. I’m going to go ahead and get a thumbnail of this bugger and then I’m going to go give it a taste test right there on camera. I’m not afraid. That’s what it looks like so far. Man, it looks good, huh? All right, let me get a thumbnail and I’ll be right back and give this a try. Peace. I’ll tell you what, it looks good. Mushroom Swiss burger. Super easy. I mean, you saw how fast it was on that Bore commercial griddle. Be a little sloppy, but I don’t care. Cheers, everybody. [Music] Wow. That’s a good burger. These aren’t bad. Like I said, I mean, you saw the the lack of mushrooms, but it’s like a mushroom gravy. I don’t know about steak sauce, but it was only $139 a can. The Big Papa is rub shines through. Again, the steak seasoning. I tell you what, this is a good burger. It’s a missy burger. [Music] That’s tasty. Super easy on the bore. I don’t know if I’m gonna be able to eat my supper after this. We love mushroom Swiss burgers in this house ๐Could you have had more mushrooms? Blah Blah Blah…of course you could've but I like the idea of the gravy with the mushroom bits. I'm sure the gravy had the flavor of mushrooms as well, plus โthe gravy gave it more sloppiness which is what a good burger is all about my friend as you know ๐I have some breaded chicken sandwiches I'm trying out tonight that Matt over at the Hungry Hussie did not that long ago called the "Chick Ham Bacon Burger" If all goes well, and it should, I will get back in front of the camera and show you how it is with also my spin on it. if you have swiss you have to have mustard on it,, mustard enhances the flavor on the swiss,, try it you'll like it

Ok little tidbit about me. I worked at Hardeeโs when I was in high school. They had a mushroom and Swiss burger at that time and it was so darn good. I ate them quite often when I had a lunch or dinner break. I love mushrooms,but sadly they decided to not love me back in my older age. They give me terrible problems just like eggs. Guess I developed an allergy. So dumb ๐ These look so delicious! You did a great job on these. I bet that tastes so good. Iโm really very jelly!
