Made this tonight alongside some frozen rice I had the in freezer and it might be by far the best curry I’ve attempted!
I made it with the Vermont curry blocks per usual and this time added in the Coco Ichibanya Instant Beef Curry packet I bought on Amazon a while ago because why not? I also added in my mom’s homemade chili oil for the spice and omg… game changer! The flavors pop out so much better. Looks a little liquidy, but I prefer it that way. Will be my new go to from now on!
