For double lasagna (recipe is approx and used what was on hand)

6 large carrots
5 sticks of celery
2 onions
1.6 kg lean 5% fat beef mince
1/2 tube tomato paste
6 cloves of garlic
1kg passata
1/3 bottle red wine
Topped with 1 small bag of shredded mozzarella and some cheddar
Italian herbs and seasoning on top

Bechamel sauce (you can find a good recipe online, this was done by eye)
Butter
Flour
Milk
