Creamy Fish Pie with Cheesy Mash

i entered a live cookoff on stage with this fish pie with the audience members tasting and judging the recipes and this one won it’s the ultimate indulgence with tender fish cooked in a lovely creamy sauce and topped with velvety cheesy mashed potato we poach hadock salmon and prawns in milk until lovely and tender then remove the skin from the fish and flake it up reserving that cooking liquor we make a r with flour and butter and then add in that cooking liquor very slowly while stirring till we get a lovely thick sauce and then finish it off with lots of cheddar cheese pour over that sauce and then top with creamy mashed potato and give it a good ruffle with a fork for crispy edges top with some more cheese and then bake in the oven until lovely and golden
