SLC used to have a hot sauce festival but we’re not allowed to have nice things in Utah.
Looks like fun, have a good time!
All I know is if there is a sweetish/hot sauce there in the general Maine area that was called “Hello, my name is Chachi Voodoo” please report back. It’s been a decade since I had it at a pizza place and can’t find it or get it off my tongue. Label resembles a “Hello My Name Is” meeting sticker. Have a great time!
