












I’ve been to Paul Bocuse in the past, and all I can say is that once again I’ve had a perfect experience! This is beyond a shadow of a doubt the restaurant I’d chose to have my final meal at. At this point, I’ve tried all of Bocuse’s signatures and they’re truly perfect, while practically all of the new dishes from the kitchen’s several MOF chefs are great as well! All of the signature dishes are among the greatest dishes I’ve ever tried!
On this visit, the quenelles, sea bass in a puff pastry shell, and Bresse en vessie were divine as usual, and the desserts trolley was particularly good on this visit. From the service to the food and everything in between, this place truly is incredible! I’m genuinely shocked Paul Bocuse lost/hasn’t won back its third star.

Someone on here absolutely destroyed this place last year or so. I remember thinking the build is quite quaint. Thanks for your review bc I’ll reconsider it now.
Ah good old PB. Party like it’s 1969!
I assume this is the restaurant with the highest MOF : quenelle ratio in the cosmos, by quite some distance!
