Friend of mine had a small Korean bbq non-AYCE restaurant where he served American Wagyu that was also halal grade , and Berkshire pork. He was doing about 3k lbs a month of beef out of a 1000 sqft restaurant. I was fortunate to eat there over the few years that he was open before he decided to retire and close the restaurant.
