I recently started with a tiny meal prep (https://www.reddit.com/r/MealPrepSunday/s/PKtwgQ0GM8 ) and I am now slowly but surely trying to be more consistent.

This time I made four lunches which were a mix of turkey breasts, frozen veggies and rice/buckwheat.

Turkey and frozen veggies were prepped in the oven. I also pre-chopped some veggies (beet root, pickles, tomatoes) to be able to easily make fresh mix of greens and add to those meals that did not include frozen veggies.

For breakfast, I made overnight oats with come cocoa, chia seeds, frozen berries, banana, and protein yoghurt. I alternated that with protein pancakes (30g of oats, egg, 35g of WPI blended and cooked on a pan with little oil).

Posting for accountability – I’m trying to eat more healthy and cook more, so I will try to post from time to time 🙂
