What I do like about the South is the sheer variation. Sometimes neighbouring vineyards can vary a huge amount in what they grow as well, so one of them might do really well with Cabernet while others are making dream wines with Grenache, Mourvèdre and hosts of other varietals.
Anyway, whether you like crisp fruity whites, raspberry dominated roses or ripe sultry reds, there’s something for everyone here.

Almost as gorgeous to look at as to drink, in fact its one of the best dressed wines I’ve ever seen. A ripe Cotes du Rhone style with ripe red fruits and hints of spice.

A friend gift me this one and what a gift it turned out to be. Juicy plummy autumn fruits with layers of spice on the finish.
