We are having a good amount of people over for the 4th of July, there are some things that I'm trying to get rid of to have used up and also I don't mind making new recipes. But for me it's a perfect opportunity to use up the whole tub of tzatziki that we purchased for one night worth of dinner. I also purchased this lemon dill hummus dip that is just not very good by itself. Like it's good but I feel like it has to be paired with something like salmon. If you can kick over a few ideas of how we can utilize that tzatziki or the lemon dill hummus, as well as a few new ones I wouldn't be mad about it. That boat dip looks really good and I love a good watermelon salad. I'm definitely making a watermelon salad with feta and mint the last time my mom made one it was incredible. What are some other ideas? Let's go let's go let's go
