Happy to say that Otto’s French Restaurant in London has now added both items to their a la carte menu, possibly making it the only restaurant in London (potentially the world) that still serves these classic dishes!

Wow, those prices are pretty serious. But I understand the amount of work and ingredients are serious as well. The pig trotters are on my list to try to make at home.
