My prep for the work week was a Crunchy Roll in a bowl.
Crab Salad (Kewpie Mayo, Cayenne, Unagi Sauce, Soy Sauce, Imitation Crab)
Cucumbers marinated in Soy Sauce
Edamame in place of avocado
Bibigo Sticky Rice
Drizzled with Unagi Sauce & Everything but the Bagel seasoning at the end
I eat it with Sea Weed & topped the bowls with Great Value Crispy Onions for a crunch day of.
I usually prep 2 at a time & bulk store the rest for lazy week nights.
