    What temp did you cook it at and what did it reach before you pulled it? 9 hours should have rendered that fat easily.

    9 hours wasn’t enough due to the way too low temperature. It shouldn’t take anywhere near 9 hours. He wasted hours and STILL doesn’t have a finished product.
