This is my favourite carbonara that I’ve seen posted here so far, but I need to call you out for lack of authenticity. You forgot the ham and peas. I’ll let it slide this time, but you need to tighten your act up

This is just how my nonna made it in the seventeenth century. I’m so glad to see a true appreciation for the art.

OP I would love the recipe. These kind of results can only be achieved by an Italian seasoned professional.

When it has olives and tuna and cream we actually call it “allah gricia”

    You cheeky boy!

Love the humor but for real I am the green olive goblin and when I see them I must

I have a total hard on for slagging carbonara purists but this is taking it to a petty and ridiculous point. I applaud you.

I peeped your posts and I just wish I could cook with you! I love pasta and you look like you have fun cooking. I’m going to try your meat red wine and aromatics recipe tomorrow.

How long did you cook the carbo Sugo? It shouldn’t be under 3-4h. Then add to the spaghetti!

NO panna! Why don’t you add some pineapples, ananas, watermelon, mango…?

I appreciate the feeling of being caught in a truck’s headlights, it really heightens the experience.

  13. Imagine going home and having this shit for dinner. Now I understand why Italians are so angry and hungry all the time
