Hey, everyone!

I'm trying to get in shape and eat better by working out and cooking. I've had a few good meals already! 😅 Protein bagels, protein pizza, beef stew, chicken spaghetti, and lasagna.

I don't have a ton of time to cook, so I usually meal prep for the whole week.

I've seen some cool cooking videos and stuff, like Chef Jack Oven, but they often use a ton of ingredients.

Do you know any easy, simple, and quick meal prep recipes I could check out?I've got a tiny fridge and an even tinier kitchen. I might have to get a freezer, ugh.

    Please post all of your recipes!

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

    that’s some gorgeous food, nice work!

    I can’t speak much to meal-prep-specific recipes, but for simpler stuff I really like recipes from budgetbytes.com and the book Good and Cheap, which you can find as a free PDF
