It’s been easier keeping things at around or just under 1500 lately. Hurt my wrist yesterday so I didn’t go to the gym today so I haven’t been as hungry!
I make my own chorizo for breakfasts so I only log the meat. I also make my own sourdough bread and measure and weight everything out. Keeping it simple keeps me on track!
I forgot to take a pic of lunch before eating! I’ll get better eventually lol
