Ingredients
For the Dough:
2 ½ cups (280g) bread flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp instant yeast
¾ cup (200ml) lukewarm water
1 tbsp olive oil

For the Topping:
250g ground lamb or beef (or a mix, 20–25% fat content)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium tomato
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 red pepper
2 Turkish green peppers
¼ cup finely chopped parsley or coriander
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp isot pepper (optional)
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil (optional, only if the meat is leaner than 20% fat)

To serve
Lettuce leaves
Tomato
Lemon juice
