Pork & Zucchini Bibimbap

So much flavor!! I could have definitely better finely minced the ginger and used 1/4 less of the overall ginger (it was a huge piece) since it packs a punch, but that was my only gripe! Everything else was awesome and I love the white onion pickling and the sauce they have you make. 10/10
