Decided to give kipper a try!
I tried sardines recently, inspired by this sub and canned fish file on yt. They were not what I expected. A friend recommended kippers and I’m never looking back. So smokey, and omega 3s through the roof. Gotta love it

The workhorse of tinnes fish right here. Delicous, and the price point makes it the best part!
Nothing wrong with kippers! Plus, they’re cheap.
Kippers are my fave. Polar brand can be found for less than $2 at Walmart.

Yeah back in the day I ate a lot of kippers, because you couldn’t easily find the variety of canned fish you get now, and I think even then I had to get it on Amazon or the specialty UK market. But at some point I got tired of them and stopped eating them. When I started back up again it was the first thing I got and you know what, they’re really pretty good.
