Upside Down Caprese Salad in a Jar

Imagine a life where everything you do is perfect… perfect home, perfect kitchen, perfect husband, perfect abs, perfect lunch. And then imagine the moment when someone suggests layering vegetables, herbs, oils, vinegars and cheeses in a jar and all other perfect moments seem to melt away into this perfect idea.

The only thing making it less perfect is knowing that the idea wasn’t your own and that you’re going to have to lock that someone in your basement so they can never tell, and their idea becomes your perfect idea and then your life becomes perfect once more.

It seems perfectly reasonable… for lunch.
