Found it at Seijo Ishi in Tokyo. I wrote some more about it in my new blog, if you are interested. Link is in the bio.

How hard is it to get good imported cheese and butter in Tokyo? Seems a bit adventure to get one.

Good cheese is not easy to import so… export yourself to cheese!

But what’s with the “made with spring milk” thing? What exactly *is* spring milk? Lol

Le Rustique is an nice supermarket level Camembert.
I know it’s difficult to find because of the raw milk thing but if you can put your hands on a real Camembert de Normandie AOP, you won’t be disappointed.

Love La Rustique camembert, I’m in England and it’s a reliably good cheese I can usually get in local shops for pretty cheap. Just finished having some for lunch.
