Let’s make a simple, easy seafood salad. Nothing like one for a quick lunch. I’m starting out with 16 ounces of crab meat. You can use shrimp or lobster, anything you want. Completely up to you. Half a cup of mayo of your choice. Eight to 10 stalks of celery, finely diced. 1/4 cup of red onion, or you can use chives or anything you like. Teaspoon fresh chopped dill. juice from a little lemon. I’m going to hit a little Cajun Creole garlic butter. And to amp things up, going to use a little bit of our garlic jalapeno. If you’ve got a favorite seasoning, be sure to use it. Let’s get it mixed up. Perfect. Let’s get it in the fridge and let it chill. All right, our seafood salad has been chilling in the fridge for a couple of hours. As you can see, we toasted up some good old buttery, savory Hawaiian rolls. And it to me, it’s hard to beat a good old toasted Hawaiian roll when it comes to anything like this. So, the only thing we got to do is get some on this bread. Let’s get a sandwich out of this. That right there. Simple, easy, delicious food you can prep in advance, carry somewhere. Cheers, my friends.
