✨ Ingredients:
• Chicken thigh
• 4–5 potatoes
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 300 g mushrooms
• 150–200 g cream cheese or soft processed cheese
• Salt, pepper, dried herbs

🧑‍🍳 How to make:
Simmer chicken to make a flavorful broth, then remove the meat. Add diced potatoes, one-third of the cheese, carrots, onions, mushrooms, and seasonings. Finish with cheese cubes — or stir in everything if the cheese is very soft.

Cook the chicken in water to make broth. Cut 4-5 potatoes into cubes. Slice the carrot into half rings. Cut the cream cheese into cubes or add it soft directly to the broth. Chop the green onion. Add 2 packs of cream cheese. Salt, pepper and a mix of herbs. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
