Ingredients:
Natural yoghurt, scotch bonnet, coriander, mint leaves, lemon, garlic.
(Red onion optional)
Spices:
Ground cumin powder, salt & pepper.
This dipping sauce is best served with Lamb or Chicken wings!
Wash your ingredients and using a food processor blend them all together.
DO NOT blend the natural yoghurt you want that thick consistency… mix in the spices then add all your ingredients into the yoghurt and Voila!
Serve your dish nice and hot with a mint sauce on the side and enjoy! x
