I legit just did this to chicken breasts. Luckily I was going to 350 and the grill never registered over 400 but I opened to check and they had a lot of black smoke on them. I’m going to try them in about 30 minutes. I might be door dashing tonight…

Hahaha. Mine caught on fire the first time this weekend. Luckily nothing crazy, but it made me realize how much low and slow makes my grill flammable.
