I put the recipe in for one serving being one ounce so I can easily measure when I make a bowl, total recipe makes 44oz/44servings of prepared food (full recipe calories 1,039). The ‘salad greens’ are cucumber, red onion, tomato, bell pepper, and carrots but I don’t worry about weighing veggies like those so I add an estimate of volume.
