Tteokbokki is one of the most popular snacks in Korea. I often see this dish served piping hot in Korean movies. But this time, I'm going to make a vegan version of tteokbokki, also known as rice cakes. It's very easy and, of course, the ingredients are easy to find everywhere. My tteokbokki is made with whole wheat flour, which is definitely healthier.
