    Looks like it’ll be tasty!! What temp and for how long?? Toss all that in a blender and blitz it up after I assume? Do you add anything else to the blender (salt / pepper / other spices??).

  2. Next time smoke then on a sheet pan.
    You’re losing a lot of the juices and fond that make a salsa great in the end.
