Slept on food stand in PDX. I barely see anything about this place on IG or here, and it’s soooo good! VeganO MexicanO on Hawthorne Blvd. The flavors are great and the prices aren’t bad.
We got guac and extra hot salsa (which really was very spicy and delicious, I think there was mango in it but I’m unsure). I got the piccadillo chile rellenos and bf got the chimichanga. Cucumber limonade too. The chile relleno was super crisp and the stuffing was really good, I actually preferred it over the vegan cheese they used to use inside.

I drive or bus past that place several times a week and still haven’t been there. Thanks for the nudge to rectify this massive mistake.
