Homemade Hamburger Patties 🍔

– 500 g ground beef
– 1 onion (finely grated)
– 3 garlic cloves (minced)
– Half a bunch of parsley (chopped)
– Spices: thyme, cumin, salt, and pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and shape into patties.
Cook on a grill or pan until nicely browned on both sides.

Spinach Börek with Cheese 🌿🥧

– 10 sprigs of fresh spinach (washed and chopped)
– White cheese or feta (as desired)
– 3 sheets of yufka (phyllo dough)

For the sauce:
– 200 ml milk
– 1 egg
– 60 ml vegetable oil
– A pinch of salt

Layer the yufka with the prepared sauce, add the spinach and cheese filling, then roll and bake until golden brown.
