I’ve had the Rio Mare Pesto with Tuna, Pistachio, and Lemon, and it’s super great. Sounds crazy—and gets crazier, since green beans (puréed?) and Parmesan are also in the mix—but literally everyone at a cocktail party we did said it was their favorite thing. When was the last time a food vote was unanimous.
