Any tips or suggestions are appreciated! Digital instant thermometer came in super clutch along with the water in a tray to catch the juice and keep it moist I think? Are you only supposed to put sauce on one time at the end or should you layer it? Idk what I'm doing. Ty for any help. Lol

Hell yeah, how did it taste?
Check out the 3-2-1 method on YouTube. It’s pretty much failure proof. You can sauce however you like. Don’t be scared to try different things and find what you and your people like. Mine love sauce at the end then charred on a really hot grill so that is what I do. Gets them good and sticky, messy but delicious.
