If you’re in the NYC-area (or near one of the pickup locations listed on their website), Yama Seafood in Jersey City is an amazing source of Toyosu-sourced fish and eggs from chickens that are raised specifically for raw consumption. I think they ship too! FYI!!

I want to like natto so badly! So cheap and healthy. Tried it wrapped in rice and seaweed (like in a maki) and it was so slimy. Are there different brands that would be better for a ‘natto beginner’ or preparations?
