have you ever wondered how do they make pasta aloe olio in a two mission star restaurant first up cook your spaghetti in a salted boiling water until alante meanwhile take your garlic and drop it in water bring it to a boil then strain and again in the water repeat this process for six to seven times until garlic is softened now blend it with olive oil pasta water and salt resulting in a silky garlic sauce mix the pasta in the sauce with chopped parsley finally when serving spoon over some of the luscious sauce with sprinkle of chili powder on top and you have made yourself a Michelin star meal at home enjoyed
