Oregano
Garlic
Salt

Recipe:
– Add softened butter to a bowl. Go in with basil, oregano, minced garlic and salt. Combine.

– Clean out the inside of your trout if necessary. Stuff it generously with dill, slices of garlic, the herb butter and lemon. Score each side of the fish, then top with more lemon and herb butter.

– Add the fish to your preheated oven, set to 390°F (200°C) and let it bake for about 20 minutes. The inside should come out fantastically flaky 🐟.

– Serve with our previously made Greek potatoes and you’ve got your next favorite fish and potatoes dish!

this one’s going to speak to your soul start with a cleaned out trout then pack 
it with a garlic herb butter mine’s got basil oregano salt and fresh garlic slide 
in some dill lemon slices and a few more garlic coins for good measure score the skin 
so the flavor seeps in then top it with more butter and lemon it’s a must in an oven set 
to 390° for 20 minutes it goes and what comes out is buttery flaky perfection and I can’t 
think of a better accompaniment than golden crispy Greek potatoes The flavors speak the same 
language and that language is don’t skip a bite
