Everything is wrong in the recipe, except for the eggs and spaghetti, really all the other ingredients don’t go into carbonara, not even the oil. Lol.
Could something good come of it? Maybe? I don’t know, but it’s not carbonara… don’t start putting downvotes on me, have a laugh and look at OP’s carbonara because it looks good. You should use the guanciale, but it’s not a crime to put on pancetta.
