So I went back again today for Memorial Day as my best friend had the day off and wanted to try this place, and I wanted to try the breakfast tacos. I got the Trinity (eggs, bacon, and potatoes) and the Pecos (eggs and shredded brisket). Bother were fantastic but the brisket with the Pecos was the clear winner. That said, I definitely prefer their in-house flour tortillas over the corn tortillas.
Total came out to about $13 with the tip. Two tacos was enough for breakfast and was filling without making me feel like I ate too much. Overall, love their salsa and breakfast tacos.
