I went in with extremely high expectations and they still blew me away. genuinely a mind blowing meal and the sauces are so good you’ll end up drinking them. the only disappointing part are the awful pours i got with the wine pairing but the wines themselves were great. IMO this is easily one of the best restaraunts in the world rn

That bite of caviar 😍. And yeah, those sauce were lovely, didn’t left a drop.
I hate when pours are awful small so we tend to go by the bottle now. Noe, our somm, recommended a couple of good grower champagnes that we loved.
How many meals was that?
argh! tried to make a res for dec 27 a few weeks ago and it was already totally booked! hoping something opens up 🤞🏻
Plenitude is the best meal I’ve ever had. Was an unbelievable experience start to finish.
I’m on the waiting list for a solo dinner in November… joined the list a few months ago. Not very hopeful to get a seat but great pics nonetheless!
