I already took a bite and it’s on an ever so aesthetically pleasing paper plate…but it is delicious. I am back to counting calories after maintaining a 30 pound weight loss for a while now. I’d like to lose another 10.

Cheese: 60 calories
Avocado:65 calories
Tomatoe slices and balsamic glaze: about 30 calories
I didn’t measure my tomatoes or glaze out. My glaze amount is less than the serving size. I put 340 calories just as a buffer. 😊

2 slices Inked keto bread
A tablespoon of sugar raspberry preserves
Avocado
Turkey
Target’s this sliced pepper jack (45 calories for a slice!)
Crispy jalapeños
Mustard
Tomatoes
Microgreens
I weigh everything that goes in my mouth so the calorie content has been between 375-400 and 25-30g or protein. Nothing wrong with a bit of low calorie decadence
Switch to 45 calorie bread 110 is nuts

Ooh, this looks like a delicious pizza I love from a local shop. It has tomatoes and cheese and that glaze on it. I may have to try this on some keto toast to see if it satisfies the craving 💕
