Feeling French? A free Bastille Day Street Festival is happening this weekend in the heart of Downtown Columbus. Hosted by Chouette — a popular French fine dining bistro — and Downtown, Columbus, Inc., the festival will take place in the Gay Street Neighborhood at 66 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215 on Sunday, July 13th, from noon until 4:00 p.m.

Festival goers can embrace the Parisian spirit, with live music and multiple artisan vendors in an open air environment. Chouette will be serving up classic French cuisine, including steak frites, crêpes, jambon beurre (French ham and butter sandwich), along with signature cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic options. Thanks to the area’s DORA, you can feel free to stroll and sip.

“This event is a true celebration of culture and community,” said Jacques Sorci, Culinary Director for Makeready, per the press release. “We’re thrilled to bring the spirit of Bastille Day to Columbus and create an experience that’s both fun and accessible for everyone.”
