Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey guys. Welcome. Hope you’re having a wonderful morning, afternoon, or evening. Thank you for joining me. My name is Chef Nessa and welcome to my kitchen. So, tonight guys, I am doing another one of my KISS meals. Keep it simple, chef. So, tonight guys, I got um some ground chicken and then some ground turkey. What I’m going to be making with that, I’m going to be making some stuffed burgers. So, I’mma have some stuffed mushroom and onion burgers with some Swiss cheese. Okay. And I’m just gonna keep it simple, guys. I’m not g I was gonna cut some potatoes, but I’m like, no. So, what I’m going to do is um fry me some French fries with that. And then I want a couple of pieces of fried chicken. So, I’m going to fry me some chicken, guys. So, um, what I’m going to season that up with, um, I’m going to use, uh, my flavored, uh, brisket seasoning to season up my, um, my burgers, of course, with some teriyak sauce and some wishes sauce. Okay. Then I’m going to, um, get those mushrooms down with the onions. Now, my chicken, I’m going to use my um, sweet and spicy uh, orange um, seasoning, guys, because I want that little kick that it has with it. and that little spicy um sweet and spicy. So, I’m going to season that up with that. And of course, my French fries, all my French fries, I don’t care if it’s sweet potato fries, whatever fries I’m using, I always season that with my French fries uh uh seasoning, guys. Now, with my seasonings, you’re going to always go to my Tik Tok shop and purchase those. The link will be in this uh uh description below. So, I’m going to get my chicken all um cleaned up. I’m going to get my onion all cut up. I’m going to get everything all seasoned up beautifully, guys. and we going to get this uh meal together. It’s going to be a seriously seriously simple meal. My keep it simple chef meal, guys. So, I’ll be right back. Okay, guys. Welcome back. So, I let that chicken marinade for 24 hours. Okay, so now in this bag, all I got is some flour and some cornstarch. Guys, the cornstarch makes the um chicken more crispier. Okay. So, I’m just going to add just get those pieces off in there. Okay. My um oil is getting hot. I got my um pan with some um butter down. And I’m going to add my onions and my mushrooms down. Okay. Get those softened up. And when those start softening up, then I’m going to add some kosher salt and some um fresh cracked black pepper. Remember guys, this is going to be seriously seriously one of my kiss meals. Uh, keep it simple chef. So, um, I’mma get this off in uh, the chicken uh, coated in that flour and that cornstarch and I’m going to get that off into my oil and get that all fried up. Once this cooks down, guys, and I’m going to show you how I’m going to um, uh, stuff those burgers to get those down. So, I’ll be right back. Hey, guys. Okay, so I got all my mushrooms and onions all sauteed off. Now, I have this quarter pounder um u maker for my burgers, guys. So, I just put a little bit of the turkey and chicken um mixture in there. And then what I’m going to do, guys, I’m just going to put um I’m going put a little hole in the middle over here. Right. And then I’m going to add on top the onions and the mushrooms. Like that. Okay. I’m going to put a little bit more mushrooms than onions cuz I love me some mushrooms. Okay. So, do that. Okay. So, now I’m going to add the Swiss cheese. Okay. And now, let me get another spoon. [Applause] Okay. And then I’m just going to add some more of the mixture on there. And then what I’m going to do is I have the uh the top and I’m going to um press that down, guys. Okay. And then I’m going to get that off into my oil and my butter. I got some olive oil and some butter. Okay. So now I’m finished with my fried chicken. And I hit that with some more of the seasoning that I seasoned it with, my sweet and spicy orange um uh seasoning. Okay. So, now I’m going to um get this topped off and then get it pressed to make it into a beautiful patty. And then I’m going to get this all um uh sauteed off into my oil and my butter, guys. So, I’ll be right back. And while I’m doing that, I’m going to put the French fries on also. So, I’ll be right back. Okay, guys. Here goes my finished product of that beautiful, beautiful turkey chicken stuffed mushroom burger with onions. Okay, you can see how juicy it is on the inside, guys. And all that Swiss cheese and that mushrooms and the onions coming out and those beautiful French fries and that beautiful fried chicken, guys, with my orange sweet and sour orange. Okay, so of course I hit it with some more of the sweet and sour orange seasoning. And of course, of course, I season my French fries with my French fry seasoning, guys.
