    I see from your post history that you have an eating disorder. Are you currently seeking treatment? Generally calorie counting is not recommended in recovery.

  2. Ur maintenance with that activity is def over 2k. Anything under 1800 calories id say is a good deficit, 1600 is very safe

    I’d say use calorie calculator, numbers seem to low. I say this bc I’m 4ft 11inches, weight 100-103lbs and my maintenance is 1500/1600.

    Thats definitely too low. Id say your tdee (calories you’ll need to eat to maintain your current weight) is around 2k. Your very active, and eating under 1.5k would probably be a lot lower that you should!

    5’4 and 105-108 pounds – BMI at 105 = 18 which is medically considered underweight. I personally would try to gain a few more pounds. Nothing crazy but IMO you should look at a higher calorie count and just not maintenance

    She’s giving you good advice. Counting your calories is the only way to accurately determine your tdee
