I really enjoy this but I want something a little hotter. Any suggestions?

I’m in the same boat. Love this stuff, just wish it were 20% hotter.

I got all the sample sizes of this brand and every one of them was garbage. Hate them. Yuck yuck yuck

I like it. I’m looking to try the Naga pepper version of it too.

If this sauce isnt hot enough for you I would honestly recommend taking a tolerance break from hot sauces for a while. There are hotter sauces out there, but in my experience the extremely hot sauces are $15 or more for a 5 oz bottle. I suppose if you can afford that or find a better price id say go for it. The first sauces that come to mind for me are torchbearer, hot ones the last dab (mixed reviews), and puckerbutt pepper company hot sauces (which I haven’t tried but people seem to like). I stay away from extract sauces because their flavor isnt balanced at all and imo it feels like some kind of chemical burn.

Personally im the type to pretty much douse my food in hot sauce, and if I use enough of Melinda’s ghost pepper, it’s plenty hot for me. I always remove that little plastic cap that prevents you from pouring it too fast, and I just dump it on. It has a very nice flavor imo so I typically dont mind it overpowering the flavor of whatever I’m using it on.

I’ve never tried a Melindas sauce that didn’t underwhelm. They seem to be much better at marketing than making hot sauce.

I enjoy this one and the ghost pepper wing sauce that Melinda’s has.

One of my favorite upper mid level sauces.

Some people say it’s hot af, some people say it’s not as hot as they thought it’d be 🤷‍♂️

    I like it.

I quite enjoy this sauce. They make pocket-sized bottles of it. I take them to wing places to add some flavor.

I like that it’s got a nice heat, nice pepper flavor, a little acid. To me it’s a quintessential hot pepper sauce, it won’t add much to the food other than just that. It’s not so hot that I have to tap it out drop-wise. There are thousands of sauces that are far hotter or hit certain use cases way better, but I will definitely keep this in rotation.
Trying to think of another very pure pepper sauce that’s a bit hotter and am striking out. One worth thinking about it Adoboloco’s Fiya Fiya. Very pure pepper but it’s HOT, not the hottest around but a very solid step up from this one.

It’s my favorite sauce on eggs, tacos and burritos.

I love mixing this with the Melinda mango and dipping wings in it

  13. Awful stuff. Send all your extra bottles to me and I’ll throw them away for you.

Melinda’s ghost pepper is my usual go to hot sauce nowadays. Great heat, great flavor, sold at my local grocery store

I say this honestly. Melinda’s was my discovery of better-than-basic hot sauces in college. I was blown away. I also say, i went to college in the 90s and haven’t thought too much about Melinda’s since then. But they are fond memories

I love it, I mix it with franks for buffalo wings. It pairs so well and gives it that extra kick of heat.

  17. One of my staples. Not overly spicy but has a good kick and great pepper flavor.

Something hotter? Tabasco Scorpion or other scorpion sauces if they are true to the pepper.

Maybe an unpopular opinion but I’ll preface this with saying I like this sauce and Melinda’s sauces in general but I feel like they all taste the same aside from different levels of heat
