


Aged white cheddar, sharp cheddar, provolone, and Monterey Jack (there’s a white cheddar-Gruyère mix in the back but it turned out moldy, so that was a no-go) on buttermilk wheat bread with salted whipped butter on the outside, cooked in a stovetop panini press until golden brown. 10/10, would eat again.
