Not my recipe I found online BUT have to share.
1/2 cup each of oats & cottage cheese PLUS two eggs and blend that shit. 450 calories for the brands I use (moms best & Kroger brand low fat cottage cheese).
Add in blueberries (or whatever) for delicious, FILLING pancakes. I top with one tablespoon each of ICBINB light (35) and jam (30)
